NewsNoun New Policy – Students React Only To Get Blocked On Twitter by Elijah - BBCNOUN February 16, 2021 February 16, 2021 2.4K views 4 minutes read 2.4KSharing is caring:Noun New Policy – Students React Only To Get Blocked On TwitterThe management of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) earlier today, came up with a new policy which states that “students can only register first semester courses for 2021/1 semester.” This simply means that If you have second-semester courses, you will have to wait till 2021/2 semester to register them. And this is the model that will be used henceforth. So far we've been getting different reactions from students, as they have rejected the new policy. Some students had taken to social media (Twitter and Facebook) with the hashtag #EndNounNewPolicy to express their grievance and unacceptance of the new policy. Sadly, reports reaching us confirms that the NOUN official Twitter (@noun_media) handler had been blocking all students who had gone to their handle to showcase their unacceptance of the new policy Fortunately, the blocking has had no effect on the students so far,as the hashtag #EndNounNewPolicy continues on Twitter with students hoping to get a positive response from the management soon. You Might Be Interested InNoun is an advanced secondary school, they treat us like goats–A student tells Naijafm ibadan(Audio)A cafe guy named Muiz defrauds Lillian a 100l student at Mccarthy study CentreWe have lost the exam stamping list–McCarthy study centre managements tells studentsExam Briefing for all students of Mushin Study CentreReport from students who took the Noun virtual exam(day 3 and 4)NOUN 2020_1 E-Clearance form and study centre email addressesSharing is caring:1 comment0FacebookTwitterPinterestLinkedinWhatsappTelegramEmailprevious postNOUN staff resolve to join ASUUnext postNew policy reversed,Portal back to normal after Twitter protestYou may also likeNational Open University(NOUN)Academic Calendar 2024January 24,2024Important Notice Regarding NOUN Practical Courses and AttendanceSeptember 20,2023NOUN 2024 GRADUATION LISTNovember 15,2024Ilaro Community Study centre Produces First Graduating StudentMarch 26,2023NOUN 2023 GRADUATION LISTFebruary 14,2024National Open University(NOUN)Academic Calendar 2023August 19,2023NOUN 2022/2 E-exam final TimetableNovember 15,2022NOUN 23rd MATRICULATION CEREMONYOctober 6,2022DEA to introduce exams-on-demand for NOUN studentsSeptember 8,2022NOUN E-ticketing platform designed to address students’various...June 9,20221 commentConfidenceFebruary 16,2021-9:06 PMthis news is ppreposterous, and unwise how can out anthem say some else and Mr.VC another pls, right now am confused on what to believe, let this just be a little misunderstanding that will be resolved in no distant time.#NoToNOUNNewPolicy#notonounnewpolicyReplyLeave a CommentCancel Reply Save my name, email, and website on this browser for the next time I comment.
