If you were given admission with wrong or incomplete personal details like FULL NAME, STUDY CENTRE, etc…read solution below:

For New Applicants Without Matric number yet
The ICT Officer at your preferred study centre could correct your details if it wasn’t captured well by the system when you filled the admission form.

For Returning/Old Students
At 400L you will need a court Affidavit (₦1,000 or ₦1,500) and a national newspaper publication (₦3,000 charged by Vanguard) to make sure the correct name appears on your certificate upon graduation.
